Did not receive what we paid fo

I requeste a quote on electric fencing. After a week had heard nothing so had to phone again. Alan went to our house and sent us a quote. Quote stated if we pay upfront it will ensure speedy service. Paid upfront & was told the lady in the office would contact us to set up a date for installation.after 2 weeks we heard nothing & when we phoned to ask when it would be done we were told that we needed to dig our own trenches for the cabling. After arguing that when a person gets a quote for a swimming pool one is not expected to dig the hole. Everything should be included. It was agreed that the installation would take place the following Monday. Pieces of cable and offcuts were left all over our yard and they had the cheek to take our ladder out of the garage when they had their own one on top of the bakkie. We paid for 6 strands but only 5 were installed.i queried this with Alan he said most people take 5 strands because it looks better. After 3 burglaries in 6 months i didnt give a about how it looked. He agreed to give us a free months monitoring. This was in Feb and to date we have still not got our free month. He doesnt answer my messages anymore.
