I payed my edgars account at jet festival mall on 27/09/2013 an amount of R600.00 and due by you was 0000. Edcon harasses me by telling me I have not payed. They edcon admitted there was problems with the computer system on the day I payed so I faxed through my proof of payment and still they bother me with sms's and they sent me an account stating I am in arrears and charge me intrest on the arrears.
