Complete lack of disregard for someone in distress

Last week Thursday 9th Jan 2014 - My alarm went off at about 07h45pm - ADT Phoned and asked if they should send a vehicle to which I said no because I thought it was due to the heavy rains - I reset my alarm however it went off again, they phoned again and I said yes thinking something could be wrong - I was home alone. The alarm was reset again but went off - In a panic, I phoned again to ask why the response vehicle was still not there to which I received a reply that they were busy tending to other alarms because of the storm - I said this is not my problem, I am home alone and scared to which I received an answer saying it is my problem and the phone was put down on me. 08H30pm, still no ADT - I phoned again, the lady said she doesn't know said she would find out and phone me back, again put the phone down on me and well I never received that call back. At 08h45pm - ADT arrived, my Husband was at home already - Seriously HOW on earth does it take an HOUR to responds to an alarm when clearly one heard I was in distress only to have the phone put down on me several times! I spoke to a manager who said he would look into it - STILL WAITING!! This frankly is NOT good enough!!
