Impatient & rude when dealing with account query

I called the midrand office asking to speak to someone who would be able to assist me in getting the money that is due to me (based on my account statement as received on the 01 september 2013) paid back into my bank account.

I was directed to the accounts department and greeted by Ntombi who seemed to be able to help me with my query/request. After she explained to me that a particular line item on my statement was a system generated credit on my account and was in fact *not* due to be paid to me (which i find very odd) I continued to try to get more information on another line item with an amount that was different (more on my statement) from what she was seeing on her side (less according to her).

While trying to get her to find out why the amount on my statement is more than what she was seeing on her side she began to get impatient and promptly directed my call to another employee to assist me after which I was greeted by the next employee and explained my query and then i was placed on hold and the call was dropped.

All I want is to get my money back as it reflected on my statement. I have the statement is anyone cares enough to take a look at it and help payback MY money!
