Shocking service from this company

I am a new client of EFTPOS having only opened an account in May, and have been disappointed every step of the way. Firstly my credit card machine was delivered 3 weeks late (I had to turn customers away because of this). Secondly, in June I noticed that two amounts had been debited from my account, one for R500 and one for R1125. I immediately contacted my "rep" to enquire about a statement (which I had never received) and was told to contact the accounts department, which I did and was told to send an email requesting the statement. I did so. After 3 weeks of phoning and emailing almost every day I finally received my statements, according to which R507 was to be debited from my bank account, with no mention of the R1125. I emailed the accounts department again to enquire as to why the R1125 was debited and (after 2 more emails) they re-sent the statement, again with no mention of the R1125. After numerous emails and phone calls I have still not received a response from them.
I don't think I've ever received such shocking service from anyone, and will discourage anyone else who values customer service from using them.
