I registered my policy with Chubb in November 2012 through sales people that came to my home saying they are from Chubb. As I was browsing the internet today, I discovered that they are registered with the ABSA Reward Programme.
As an ABSA Reward member, I called to take advantage of the 15% cash back as advertised on their website. I was informed by a customer services consultant, whom I can't remember the name, that I do not qualify for the 15% cash back rebate due the fact that I registered with a third party. The advert on their website reads as follows "This rebate applies to new domestic subscriber agreements at any Chubb Retail outlet or Sales Centre and excludes Rewards members that have an existing agreement with Chubb". When I enquired further regarding this I was redirected from one person to another, about 5 different people who knew nothing about the programme.

I believe I'm a "new domestic subscriber" and that their website is ambiguous by not stating that they exclude third parties. I want this resolved by awarding me the rebate.
