Absa rewards offers a partnership with Chubb security, so I used this service and opened a new account with Chubb in July 2013. Absa rewards promised a 10% off the cost of installation and 15% off monthly debit fees, I have not received any of the above!!! I have been in contact with the Rewards call centre on numerous occasion aside for the problem not being resolved, I have not received any rewards, the 2 persons I have been dealing with ensure that they will phone me back the same day I call, so far no one has called me back!!! I am very unhappy!!!
