Chubb not giving the service as promised on contra

Chubb has always taken longh to respond on any email send to them or any website complaint site.
i am very dissappointed in the lack of service Im receiving from Chubb lately, when my alarm went off several times i was called 5 hrs after and was told that Chubb doesnt respond to the area I stay in, so now why and who am i paying and what am I paying for.every year the service fees are increased and an annual fee is increased every april or marc, they cannot provide me the service i initially contracted with them for and CPA is clearly not visible here
