Double Billing and Refunds

Hi

In October 2012 we picked up that Mix Telematics were double billing us for 2 of our vehicles.

I contacted them in December 2012 and requested that the double billing be cancelled, and refunded.

After a month we received a cancellation letter for all vehicles. However, we've been pushed from pillar to post trying to get our refunds.

We've been in contact with Muneera who on numerous occasions promised to resolve this issue, however its been a month later, and when contacted today, 18 February 2013, she said she FORGOT about our query.

Dealing with Mix Telematics has always been a nightmare, and had I not been stuck in contracts with them, would've moved over to another tracking company as we have over 20 vehicles covered by Mix Telematics.
