Unacceptable service

Over 3 months, technical issues remain un resolved. devices becoming unreliable / ineffective. Technicians booked to attend do not arrive as agreed and no communictions from them when delayed.
Faxed letter to MD on 31 Jan 2013 not responded to as of current date.
E-mail message via web site not reponded to
Requests to contact MD's office continually blocked by call centre staff. Lines... cut off a number of times. Promises to call me back never kept. Seems ADT are never there!
