Iv been calling adt's call centre requesting to speak to their accountd department, for which they made me wait for over a hour.the direct line of the accounts department is not attended to by anyone.i need that statemant and hav a right to it as a client of adt.but cannot retrieve it as they are not being proffessional and competent enough to do a simple thing as answrring a call.
