IT IS MINDBOGGERING TO NOTE THAT I HAVE TO HOLD ON SO LONG TO HAVE A SIMPLE QUERY SORTED. I SPOKE TO A CALL CENTRE AGENT TO ASK FOR ASSISTANCE WITH REGARDS TO SUBMITTING A CLAIM UNDER MY TYRE AND RIM GUARD POLICY, HOWEVER I AM ALWAYS BEING TRANSFERRED AND THEN HAVE TO WAIT EXTREMELY LONG TO SPEAK TO AN AGENT. ON TOP OF THAT, I ALWAYS END UP AT THE SAME DEPARTMENT AND NOT GETTING THROUGH TO THE RIGHT PEOPLE. IT WOULD BE NICE FOR DIAL DIRECT TO CALL ME BACK AS I AM WASTING COMPANY MONEY BY PHONING FROM A COMPANY LINE FOR PRIVATE USE AND TO HAVE DIAL DIRECT DELAY MY CALLS FURTHER BY NOT PUTTING ME THROUGH TO THE RIGHT DEPARTMENT.
