Poor customer service and Double Debit Orde

The service the I have received from ADT since I joined has been terrible. I have experienced a sales consultant who did not attend the sales meeting scheduled by your staff. Technicians sent to my premises were terrible incompetent and unhelpful. I have requested that your call centre staff get someone from management to contact me on numerous occasions but no one has ever contacted me. To add to this ADT has now double debited my bank account for the installation of an alarm system. The alarm installation cost in the region of R7000 and was debited twice from my bank account without authorisation. In order to request a refund I was put on hold numerous times and the call cut by your call centre staff while I was on hold. I have sent an email to the customer service but have not yet received a response. The debit order is a significant amount and I was informed that I need to wait for the refund because procedure needs to be followed. Where was the procedure where you guys debited my bank account without authorisation?? This is extremely ridiculous and terrible customer service.
