Incorrect system installed and very poor service

In Dec 12 I requested a pet friendly system be installed, on installation the technicians informed me that they didn't have a pet friendly system & i must contact the sales person Danny Oosthuizen he was not available i contacted the call center to no avail. After many attempts to rectifying this situation in May i sent a mail informing ADT of cancellation i put a stop order on my account. i received a call the first in 6 months & was told they would rectify the problem, I'm still waiting. ADT changed the ref no on the debit order & continued debiting my account which is not legal. I kept reversing these payments which cost R80 per reversal. In August Danny called & i informed him of what was going on he promised to look into it. i emailed him all the details. In September I received a sms stating that my account would be handed over. I called pre-legal & spoke to D Mokwena who promised to look into this if i sent all my mails which i did. I am still waiting & ADT double debited my account in October. This is disgusting service I havn't used the system as my cats activate the alarm & my neighbours complain. ADT accuse me of being in breach but they installed the incorrect system.
