The most extreme form of incompetence!!!

During September 2012 our Estate decided to cancel our contract with ADT due to poor service delivery. ADT confirmed that written request for termination of my contract will suffice with one months notice. Twice they phone to request why I want to cancel, again I explain. End of January I learn that ADT is still deducting money. I phone explain informed that they will enquire, phone again explain again, Now they do not consider me as member of the estate dispute it, they will phone back. Phone again explain again now it is because my contract did not expire, again I explain my letter their phone calls, the fact that since October 2012 there is no even an installed radio for ADT in my house. February they decide to cancel contract, March payment went off again, phone again explain again informed to contact my back and reverse payment. Do that AND NOW THEY ARE SENDING SMS AND ACCOUNT FOR OUTSTANDING MONEY. Phone 5 times explained five time, either they drop the call or they just do not phone back
