This is my 4th report on this case!!! I had a disfuntional modem since 25 NOVEMBER 2012. NO ONE CARED TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. BUT YOU ONLY WANT MY MONEY!!! According to your consultants the account was closed as from 1 December 2012. WHY TAKE MY MONEY!!! I even gave the new modem back and has proof thereof. I refuse to pay for a service I do not have. I had to make other plans as you did NOT CARE if I was stuck at the farm or not!!! I want my MONEY!!! not next year but NOW!!! or is this your policy to rob people as you have done with my daughter for 6 months after her contract was terminated. Get this into your thick heads this contract is TERMINATED due to your FAILURE to provide a service!!! EVEN THE LINE HAS BEEN TERMINATED< BUT I MUST PAY!!! YOUR COST ME R600 on phone calls to try and resolve this matter and various trips to Kokstad@ 120km per trip. BOTTOMLINE all you care is for the MONEY!!!
