Radio removal fee- a in my opinion!!!

I cancelled my personal and business contract with Chubb security and contract was terminated this year Feb. After cancelling and not wanting to pay a R285 radio removal fee (which is ridiculous) I opted to have to remove the radio by some one else. Chubb came to pick it up from my business along with my business radio. Logically you would think because it says "radio removal fee" it would be a fee for the removal of the radio. Much to my surprise is was not the case. The next month a debit order went off my bank account for the R285 for the removal of the radio. After speaking to the accounts dept. which did not come back to me for two months, I eventually ended up speaking with Witbank and corresponding with them via e-mail. They just refuse to even entertain the idea that they could be at fault. They actually expect me to pay R285 for nothing. None of their excuses or answers actually make sense. I do not expect them to reply to this as the same useless answers will probably be given. I just want people to know about this apparent right they have to do this. It is not about the money but about the principal!!!
