ADT DAMAGES PANEL AND EXPECTS CLIENTS TO PAY

Customer service and satisfaction is the basis of any company. Clearly ADT does not think so!
We signed a contract which stated ADT would connect our current alarm system and move 2 passives, as well as install a lock box on our premises, 2 weeks after payment I am still waiting!
A technician came through, fiddled with our panel and by the time he left (an hour and a half later) our panel was no longer working! He then left and told us to call ADT. Another technician came out (10 Minutes) and said we must pay for a new panel.
I have spent hours on the phone with ADT waiting to speak to managers and my boyfriend has done the same! and ADT is always busy and NEVER return calls. The panel was damaged by ADT and they expect us to pay for a new system, After many calls (Kanie, Comfort, Candice, Leonard, Kubain that's only to name a few as we spoke to several other people) The matter is still not resolved! I am shocked at the service and highly disgusted! I have been told I must wait a further 24 hours! As a security company they certainly are not providing peace of mind! If my matter is not resolved I will take my money elsewhere and ADT will refund us and replace the damaged system
