First For Women Insurance
Tracker still not installed on vehicle

I got my insurance with First for woman on the 04th April 2013, and they sold me their tracker, as included in my policy, its the 16th of May and the tracker is STILL not installed!
their tracking company keeps calling, and making appointments and never pitches - the service is so bad, that im thinking of even changing my policy!
what happens if my car gets in the interim?
