Double Billing

Paid in cash for installation then they stil deduct from my account the same amount and trying to get my own money back i'm told takes a maximum of 10days. So after 12 days i'm still trying to get my money, no one helps me, get cut off while waiting 5times. Stil havent managed to speak to anyone again in 2 days
