Overcharged 3 months now

I had my tracker installed according to the request from the Insurance company and have been paying my account in full via debit order every month, but for the last 2 almost 3 months now I've been overcharged. For some reason there has been R5.02 extra loaded onto my payments. I've phoned Tracker twice now referring to this issue and they have acknowledged that it is in fact an incorrect amount being debited, but keep saying that it's with their finance department as an enquiry. If they've admitted to it being incorrect, what's so difficult in correcting the debit order amount? What will/has happened to the extra money I've been paying with every d.o to date? 3 months later, 2 enquiries in, still haven't heard anything.
