Overcharged and Being Ignored

I have rented a car with you via Argus Car Hire from 21 Dec 13 to 30 Dec 13, upon receiving my bank statement after returning the car I noticed that Woodford Car Hire overcharged me. I wrote them an e-mail requesting for a breakdown and a Person by the name of Ortia replied with not so satisfactorily breakdown. I then replied asking for more clarification and explaining further how much i am supposed to be charged also requested for the overcharged amount to be refunded back. To my Surprise No reply received, i sent several reminders, still no luck. This evening I tried calling more than 20 times no reply, at some point the call was answered and as soon as I introduced myself the person hung up on my face.

I NOW DEMAND MY MONEY BACK AND EXPECT TO HAVE IT IN MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHIN THE NEXT 24 HOURS, IF NOT I AM MORE THAN HAPPY TO TAKE THIS MATTER FURTHER. ALLOW ME TO PLEASE ASSURE YOU THIS IS NOT A THREAT BUT A FACT.

FROM PEOPLE IS UNWORTHY AND WICKED. I WANT MY MONEY BACK, EVERY CENT OF IT!!!
