I moved to Gordon's Bay and had an alarm installed in early December 2013. Since day one the alarm goes off every time we leave home. The technicians came out and adjusted one the eyes. The alarm still goes off and all I got from them was promises that they would come out and fix it.
It works fine in Home Mode
