Calld call centre and no response to query

I recently moved into a new house. Last night I was fiddling with the alarm and it went off by mistake. I thought nothing of it because I am not signed up to ADT. Then, this morning when I went outside to the patio door, I saw a note that an officer has come and inspected the premises. Since I am not an ADT customer, I have no idea how anyone was sent here and how entry was gained and this is quite concerning. I called ADT this morning and was told that someone would call me back. After not receiving any feedback, I called 4 more times and the same thing. I am now fed up with this. I demand a call immediately
