ADT Customer service is absolutely horrific

ADT has been causing severe trauma to my family by entering my premises - claiming they are responding to my alarm going off. My alarm / panic did not go off and more than that: I am NOT a client of ADT - another security company monitors my alarm. I have been living at the address for more than 3months - this "monitoring and response" started on Friday 11/01/2013. I have asked numerous times for an explanation, and I gave explicit orders NOT to enter my premises after it happend on Friday. And today the same thing happend again. I am not getting feedback from ADT customer services (Eve Louw), and their call centre does not answer. This can absolutely not happen again, and I am just not receiving any feedback.
