Good day, I contacted the call centre on 15 Jan to cancel the tracking device. I was told I am on a 36 month contract and would be charged a cancellation fee. I was not aware or told this. I was then told by Xolo that a call recording would be found to see if there was such communication to me when I joined. I followed up on this on 23 Jan and was told Shaun Steyn would let me have the conversation which I still have not received. I have called Shaun again on 24 Jan to follow up. I still have not been emailed the conversation.

I need to listen to the full conversation so that I can also be satisfied that the contract was communicated to me in 2012.

Can someone help? Please email the copy of the conversation to [Email Removed] or [Email Removed] This is urgent.
