Empty Promises to call back to give feedback

This is the correspondence I had with parties involve and still no solution on my query.

I had conversation with the following people at your company, where I request that my son be removed from the 31st of August to no avail.

I received a letter from Discovery when they ask me whether I will keep my son Jerome on my medical aid or remove him, I call your offices and spoke to a lady and told her that I need him to be removed, no one told me about procedures to follow. I then contacted my HR to find out about my son to be removed and how much will I have to pay extra if I keep him on, she told me that I will save about R308 and pay over R2000, I told her that I want him off, because it's too expensive.

I then called again on the 27August and spoke to Thabo, who I also ask to remove my son and nothing happen, he also sent me copies of the different plans to take out for my son.
on the 20th of September I spoke to a guy called Imraan just to double check whether my son has been removed, he told me that he will listen to the conversation between myself and Thabo, then he will call me back, never called me back.

On the 23th of September I called to do a follow up on what was happen
