Pathetic Service from ADT

On the 4th of January someone broke into our house, a mere 3 weeks after changing to ADT from another service provider. My insurance needed some reports (Activation- & later a Buffer Report) from ADT and I had to engage with them to arrange this. ADT sent out a technician on the 10th of January to come and remove the alarm's PC Board as this had all the information they required and had to be sent away for extraction. Today is the 28th of January, still no word, no feedback, I have made numerous phone calls to no avail. From day one it was a frustrating experience as you do not get any feedback from them nor do they return your call and this is if you're lucky enough to get hold of the relevant department without being cut off. Shocking to see this kind of customer service from a company that you trust to be responsible for the safety of you and your family.
