WORSE THAN PATHETIC SERVICE

I made a complaint on 16 Jan on Hellopeter. Obviously I got a call immediately after the hellopeter response and then SURPRISE SURPRISE no feedback or contact thereafter.

I spoke to Shaine Lewin (customer services agent) who promised to call back but obviously did not. Oh and she has the audacity to write "client is not patient" in her call notes. You expect me to be patient after waiting for a refund since NOVEMBER???

DO NOT send me a pathetic automated reply and give me a waste of time phone call unless you are refunding me my money NOW. You guys are an absolute joke. I am told there is only one lady that deals with refunds?? Then I am asked if I would like to speak to Rene, Beverly and Jacques (each more senior that the previous) but I've heard all their names before and i'm sure they are all just as clueless.

GIVE ME MY REFUND NOW. And get your pathetic act in orde
