Tracker Damages My Car and Charges me for removal

I had a tracker technician come out to install. He would not allow me to be present. After he left I noticed the dash board was indicating electric fault. After driving for some time my car broke down due to fuel line being damaged during installation. I waited on side of the roan for 5 hours. Tracker never called me even though I pressed the panic button for 5 seconds while car was on. When I finally contacted the a few days later, the want to charge me to have a technician uninstall it and also want to charge a cancellation fee! Even after they agreed to send someone still I have not been contacted. I tried pressing the panic button again. Useless thing not working!
