Tracker Shirks Responsibility

Tracker was fitted to my car when I purchased it as recommended by Porsche. I was told that the panic button was fitted for emergencies and shown where it was hidden. I have just called tracker to ask why one responded to my pushing the panic button whilst being hijacked on Thursday and was told that this is button is for BREAKDOWN emergencies other emergencies.

In fact the guy was rather rude and told me I should have phoned! When I told him I had a gun at my head he once again said they do not respond to emergencies or hijackings only breakdowns.

The number I called this morning is the tracker emergency number.

Do all the thousands of people out there who pay there monthly amounts realize this? I don't think so and people need to be made aware of this fact
