ADT will take your money although notice was given

One of many complaints with ADT is that we have given them 1 month notice to cancel and they still continue to take unauthorised debits from our account, I am still waiting for an explaination.
Their service has now become ridiculous expensive, service not up to standard, will not recommend at all.
