Disgusting ADT Service

After our last debacle with ADT you would think that they would get their ducks in a row.
Since then we have sent in a request to cancel our contract with them.
We have gotten no response from that email and therefore stopped the debit order, little do you know is that they have not cancelled it yet or contacted us but have charged us again this month.
What is even more amazing is that our radio has been disconnected but ADT has not even contacted us to say that they are not receiving a signal - well done ADT our safety is really your first priority - please note the sarcasm.
Further more we have no documentation to say that we even have a contract with ADT.
Their call centre representatives are exceptionally rude and are very unhelpful.
What is amazing is that I will probably only get a response out of them now after having typed out this response.
