UNAUTHORISED DEBITS AND FEES

I am now really getting tired of the same old flippen story... unauthorised debits that go of on my account. Everytime I manage to have the payments reversed but not the banking fees. Dont get me wrong I don't mind paying for services I use but seriously now why should I pay for banking fees for money that was out of my account by someone not suppose to have access to my account in the first place. I mean why do you have a bank account if your money aint even safe there. Yes I have authorised debits that goes off on my account BUT with written and signed authorisation by me personally. I am seriously and honestly very off at standard bank because now I feel that I still have to protect my money inside the bank. Now my main fight is to have the banking fees for those Unauthorised debits also reversed...
