32 days notice

I put a notice on my 32 days notice account and i was told it will be paid on the 5/05/2013 today i went to the bank because i wanted the money to be deposited into another account but to my surprise i was told that there was no notice that was put, i had to produce that paper their gave me as proof to say i indeed put a notice. im confused now what must i do because i need that money i cant wait for another 32days.
