Services not completed

The service of upgrading our alarm system started on Tuesday, 14th May. It was not completed and they returned on wednesday. Again there were faulty and incomplete work but on promise of coming the following day final payment was made. I sent sms on thursday to enquire as to the time of completion and got reply that he will come friday morning, since then i have sent sms but have not received any reply. So I am sitting with a alarm system that doesnt work as it should.
