WAKE UP ADT - YOUR TAGLINE SAYS 'ALWAYS THERE' HA

I reported a fault a week ago, appointment booked Monday 4pm. They never arrived, so I called the company, was cut off 6 times and never got to speak to anyone who knew anythng. Then after speaking to a supervisor, re-booked for 12 Tuesday. I just called to check if they are on time, and after being cut off 4 more times, was told that this was booked for 12 on Friday! I was on speaker phone with a witness when this apt was made, and it was for Tues at 12! Considering I live alone - 1 road away from their offices, am not sure why a technician would take over 10 days to attend to a fault in an alarm??? Believe me that when we are
late with payment, they phone you to demand this gets paid very fast! I am disgusted with this service and after trying to get hold of someone of importance in the company, am told that I can leave a message - and I have left a number of messages and never received any call backs... ADT tag line is - Always there - what a joke - Never there is morel ike it...
