Electronics and household app.

After booking a technician I was told that the technician would phone me to book a date and time for repairs on my front loader washing machine. Two days later the technician failed to return my called. I phoned in again and was told that I should speak to Tazneem. Over the next two days I left two messages with two different people asking Tazneem to return my call. Tazneem never returned my call.

After failing to get hold of Tazneem, I spoke to a manager, George who promised me a technician on Tuesday, 5 Nov. The technician never showed up - at this point I just decided to let it go - I work & do not have time to beg people to do their jobs.

On Thursday, 7 Nov Tazneem phoned me to to schedule and appointment for the request I booked one and a half weeks earlier. She did not have a clue that I ever had any problems or left messages for her and spoke to her manager. Why should 1 1/2 weeks to book a technician?

Then the technician was booked for 10h00, Saturday, 9 November. After waiting 45 min I get a call from Tazneem saying the technician would be late and I cancelled. If this is the type of service providers Samsung trust, I will not recommend anyone to by their products.
