Double Charged

I pre-booked basement parking on-line and was charged R200 for 4 days. I arrived on the day used my credit card to enter the pre-bookings basement parking, saw a message welcoming me on the machine and verifying my booking. However on the day when I left I was charged again for the the parking this time R400.00. I called the parking office via the machine and they assured me it was a fault an the amount will be reversed. I am still waiting. I emailed several times and called and have just received bad attitude.
