Does Adt care... technical department bad service

I booked a technician to come fix my alarm system on 19 August as my alarm was repeatedly going off on its own. I took off the monday afternoon sothat this could be attended to but when the technician arrived he could not fix the system as he did not understand it (texecom) and the booking according to his papers was to install or look at a faulty battery. The technician called and explained the situation to his supervisor / manager (Leonard) who was not helpful and kept on passing the buck and making this my fault. This after i had fully explained my problem to ur call centre agent when i booked. My alarm is still not fixed and i will probably have to take another aftertoon off work? Im a new ADT customer and im not impressed by their level of service... especially since this is my first callout... it seems like they are more interested in money than their customers. I spend in excess of R600 a month on their services and they should not force me to review my decision! I hope their managment will sort this out asap.
