FAST TO SELL BUT SLOW TO SUPPLY

I received my laptop more than two weeks ago from Vodacom Sales with a modem that the computer can't read. I've spent at least 30 min each day since then talking to: Sales, after sales, customer care, data department, technical department, BUT no-one can assist me with a new modem. I spoke to Sales this morning again and they couldn't even see the notes on the system for me. I've received sms's to say we are attending to your query.
I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE.
I am still waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting
