ADT Security is pathetic. Waste of money!

So frustrated! We are currently renovating our house, which makes me rather anxious with regards to safety, anyway our alarm went off while I was out and when I arrived home with the dog and my toddler, ADT was parked outside. So I asked the security guy if there were any issues that he has noticed while inspecting the property. To which he replied that he hadn't been onto property as the wall was too high?! Our wall is average height with a motor gate which is super easy to climb over especially since it has a middle bar, if I didn't have my toddler and dog with me I would have shown him how to do it! This is not the first time ADT has come up with an excuse to not access our property, the last time they refused because we have a dog.
