Fired Earth Paint

Good day
We bought Fired Earth Canvas paint After the contractor painted the house he phoned me and said that the paint is peeling off from the walls.

We were devastated and really disgusted because one of my friends preferred the paint. I asked him to contact the agent, whom took his time to come to Bloemfontein.

The agent (unknown from Kimberley) said its to cold to paint, and he would suggest that the contractor use heaters and bonding liquid. How is it possible that its to cold to paint? Why use bonding liquid?

I called another contractor to help me. He also prepared the wall and painted it. After a few minutes the paint started to peel of again from the wall.

I really need help and assistance with the above problems as we cannot keep on like this. Currently its a mess in the house regarding the paint. I really think that the advice that we got from the agent was un professional to say that its to cold to paint, and that heaters must be used, which we did and with none positive results.
