Coating worx: breach of contract

1. House: did not waterproof or prime, painted house wrong colour.
2. Boundary wall: did not prime, painted wrong colour.
3. Colour: strict instuctions were given.
4. Windows: did not strip or prime and painted with incorrect waterbased paint, windows cannot close as too thick with paint, teardrops under windows as so thick, windows smudged with paint, rust treatment not done at certain places and shows through paint, window handles bad quality.
5. Downpipe fixtures 2 different materials: one silver and one white.
6. Cement blocks were thrown on property and not fixed.
7. Carport not sanded and primed prior to painted.
8. Coating worx (norman) was contacted to sort above problems out, however, he responded in an abusive manner and put the phone down. He did acknowledge though that there was no supervision from his side.
9. Subsequently gary de jager 0764872225 was contacted, who acknowledge the completely unacceptable quality and bad workmanship. He apologised and made wonderful promises.
10. For weeks they promised to come and did not, then when they did they left my house absolutely damaged i had to get someone else to fix. They refuse to refund.
