REFUNDING OF MONIES

I requested an alarm be installed in my son's house. A quotation was sent to us and we made payment to ADT for the alarm to be installed. ADT contacted us back and requested documentation from the owner of the property and unfortunately I could not provide these documents and my son is living in Abu Dhabi and could not be reached at that time.

I then asked ADT to cancel the installation and do a refund of the monies that I have paid to them. Still until today the 10/01/2014 no refund has been given. Numerous emails and letters were sent to ADT to no avail. They ignore you, and do not respond to any correspondence or phone calls. This whole incident started in June of 2013.

I would like everybody to know that they are quick to take your money but when it comes to returning it for a service or product that was never provided or bought they ignore you and hope that you go away. This is only the first step to be taken towards receiving my monies back.
