Still Waiting

I have recently installed a tracker on my car with Ctrack, since that my car battery is acting up and i ahve reperted this like 5 weeks ago. On top of day every time i fly i leave my car at the airport and the next day i get bunch of sms that my device stopped working i have also reported this several times and now i'm sick and tired to call them. i don't need to buy a tracker device, i have it already and i not getting support and i must run after them. i want a new battery and a technician they promised 5 weeks ago to sort this!
