WHAT A PATHETIC COMPANY

On the 01 July 2012 my car was, I notified netstar and they started tracking my car, I was not happy with the way they tracked it and wouldnt recommend them to anyone else but nevertheless my tracking device was found in a veld somewhere in Tokoza Park minus my car. The car was never tracked. I then claimed from my insurance who then settled the bank and there was a shortfall which i did not plan for, thinking i have a great tracking system in my car. Well enough about that i wanna get to my point because i can go on the whole day about this TERRIBLE company. On the 1st February 2013 a debit order goes off from my account, GUESS FOR WHO.So i call my bank they inform me its Netstar, so why are you incompitent people debiting my account for? You couldnt find my car, you sent me a report that states that you looked for it and only found the tracking device. I cannot fathem how you guys dissapointed me by not tracking my car and now this. Please stop debiting my account and start using your precious time to actually track peoples vehicles. Hope everyone out there never chooses Netstar, they only tack there device not your car!
