Very poor service

After contacting ADT central call centre sales office i was asked to leave my details and an agent would contact me back to setup an appointment and do the necessary to have a new system installed. After a week and 3 missed appointments which ADT made but never showed i'm still waiting. i have not even received an explanation, excuse or an apology. If you dont want my business just say so but dont make 3 appointments and never show!
