Bad Service all round!

They do not respond to emails. After some fights about excessive billing I am fed up, they serviced the alarm, but this did not help. Then, We had another situation where the alarm went off, but no one arrived or phoned me. We then had a case where we got home and found our one dog dead. They where there that day, and reported all was fine at the house... how is that possible? I tried to phone them, but they keep on sending me from pillar to post, not willing to tell me who was at the house, I could even find a little note that they normally leave. I want to cancel my contract, but they are telling me that I will then pay a penalty as I am breaking contract. No sorry, they are, by not reporting that my dog was dead, or even showing up at my house when the alarm went off. Till today I believe that they kicked my dog and that lead to his death, I cant prove this, but why not report all is OK, if in fact the dog was dead in the back yard???
