My alarm was installed with ADT in October. I was advised by the sales Rep George that before they could install the alarm i would have to pay atleast half the installation fee. On the 9/10/2013 i paid them the full amount. Since then i have received sms's as well as statements via email stating that i still owe them R3097.I called them thrice and spoke to Donovan, Suraya and another lady who assured me this would be sorted. I requested that they get back to me once it has been sorted but up to today i still havent received any feedback. They keep telling me that KennIth in accounts is the one at fault as he is the one sending me these emails and sms's, Since my alarm has been installed i have received bad service. This is becoming ridiculous. I dnt know what to do to get this finalized anymore. Im sick of these people that are too incompetent to get this sorted. Other than this, my alarm went off one night and they took almost an hour to get to my house. I could have been dead. i want this fixed.
